Linking layouts to languages - Reminders tab

Introduction
In the Reminders tab, you can link the reminder layouts
to a specific language to be used for your debtors.
What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product
update 407 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features
explained here will not be applicable.
How do I link the layouts to a specific language?
- In
the Link layouts to ISO language screen, select the required language.
- Click
Open.
- In
the Reminders tab, click
at
any field to browse for the layout.
- The
available layout types and the descriptions will be displayed in the respective
columns.
- Select
the relevant layout, and then click OK.

Click Save.

Type or select the debtors’ reminder layouts that you want
to print in the selected language.
Note: Once the different layouts have been linked to
a specific language, the layouts will be automatically used in dealings with
any contact person specified with that language. You can specify a language for
a contact person via Finance ?
Accounts receivable ? Maintain or Finance
? Accounts payable ? Maintain. In one of these screens, click
the Basics tab and then click at
Title to go to the Title screen. Click Open to open the
selected title code and you can select a language for the contact person at Language.
